AceSpike Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By downloading or using AceSpike ("the app"), operated by Faheem Basheer ("we," "us"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use AceSpike. If you are under the age of majority in your country, you must have permission from a parent or guardian.

3. What AceSpike provides

AceSpike analyzes volleyball spike technique from video you provide and offers AI-generated feedback, drills, and coaching. The analysis and coaching are automated estimates for training and educational purposes. They are not professional coaching, medical, or physical-therapy advice. See the Fitness & Safety Disclaimer.

4. Your account

You sign in using Google or Apple. You are responsible for activity under your account. Keep your sign-in secure. Notify us of any unauthorized use.

5. Subscriptions and payments

AceSpike offers paid subscriptions (for example, monthly and yearly plans) that unlock features such as spike analysis and the AI Coach.

• Payment is charged to your app-store account at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel in your App Store or Google Play account settings.
• Free trials, if offered, convert to paid subscriptions unless cancelled before the trial ends.
• Prices are shown in the app and may vary by region and change over time.
• Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their policies; we generally cannot issue store refunds directly.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to: upload content you do not have the right to share; upload videos of other people without their consent; upload unlawful, harmful, or infringing content; attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or abuse the app or its AI systems; or use the app to break any law.

7. Your content

You keep ownership of the videos and information you provide. By using the app, you grant us a limited licence to process your content solely to provide the service (analysis, coaching, storing your results) as described in the Privacy Policy. We delete your original videos after analysis unless you opt into retention.

8. AI-generated content

AceSpike's analysis and coaching are produced by automated AI systems and may contain errors, inaccuracies, or incomplete assessments. Do not rely on them as a substitute for a qualified coach or medical professional. You use the feedback at your own discretion.

9. Availability and changes

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. We may update the app and these Terms. We are not liable for downtime, data loss, or interruptions, though we work to keep the service running.

10. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The app is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any injury arising from your training activities (see the Fitness & Safety Disclaimer). Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

11. Termination

You may stop using the app and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Nothing in these Terms removes mandatory consumer protections you have under the laws of your own country.
